A: We run 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Services are based only upon appointment.
Q: What is the fastest way to contact you?
A: The best way is by phone, if sending an email, please allow at least 10 hrs for response.
Q: Are your rates based on number of people or per car?
A: Our rates are flat per car.
Q: What if I am unable to show for my reservation?
A: If you have a "no show" and you do not cancel 24 hrs prior to your reservation, you will still be charged full price.
Q: How will you pick me up from the SeaTac airport?
A: We monitor your flight and are waiting at the airport for you arrival and baggage pick up. After you claim you baggage, give us a call and we will pick you up right outside the baggage claim area at your destination airline door number.
